Santa Elena is a farm owned by Fernando Lima, located at the famous Santa Ana volcano. The hight altitude and the rich volcanic soils make the perfect conditions to grow coffee, where cherries ripe slowly increasing their acidity and sweetness. The final result is a vibrant and juicy cup, with notes papaya, red apple and honey sweetness. Superb coffee for filter.
