Mountains of La Plata are situated in the region of Huila. There the Belen Association puts together the cherries of every smallholder of the area and then processes them equally. The result is this clean and crisp classic colombian coffee, with a wonderful malic acidity and a caramel sweetness which makes a well balanced cup.
